With the opening of C.A.Chiong's Bed and Bath, a mini hotel catering to people whose budget is limited can now look forward to a wholesome stay in Palompon, Leyte where the said establishment caters to travelers wanting a homey atmosphere and a view overlooking the sea.
The place is being manage and given the special attention by Charles, the youngest son of the late Mano Diong. The building is one of the biggest in Palompon, where it was almost abandoned several years ago, and was only given attention last year when Du Ek Sam, Inc. rented and renovated a space for their Honda motorcycle business.
Another establishment in Rizal St., Central I, /alompon, Leyte is the Single's in Fashion Boutique which opened without much fanfare and have been operating for more than a month now beside Julie's Bakeshop on the said street.
While on the farther end of Rizal St., in front of Honda Motorworld is another establishement selling computer parts and accessories aptly named Zor Express right beside the newly transferred Sorsona Glass Trading (formerly Isabel Glass Trading) from a building just right infront of where they transferred.
Above photo is a branch of Esther's Bakeshop whose main bakeshop is located at Rizal St., San Isidro, Palompon, Leyte. They put up a branch near the center of the town to cash in on the majority of the people who are living in the most populous Baranggay's of the town. Though Esther's bakeshop is new in the business, they have already so many customers who are patronizing their products coming from different parts of the town because the taste of their bread is not like those being offered by other bakeshops..
